Webber Naturals Melatonin 3 mg Quick Dissolve sublingual tablets may reset circadian rhythms and improve sleep quality, especially related to aging, sleep disorders, and jet lag. Melatonin naturally regulates a person’s sleep-wake cycle. When sleep patterns are disturbed, falling and staying asleep can be difficult.

Each tablet contains:
Melatonin 3mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Lactose monohydrate, cellulose, peppermint flavour, croscarmellose sodium and vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant). Contains no artificial colours, preservatives or sweeteners, corn, soy, starch, wheat or yeast.


Consult a physician prior to use if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraines, depression and/or hypertension, or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medications. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. If symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult a physician. Do not use if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs and/or if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children.

Adults: Allow to dissolve under the tongue 1–3 tablets once daily at bedtime, or as directed by a physician. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.
